Shrimps swimwear products are designed and made in Victoria, Australia. Each garment is constructed with quality materials and thoroughly inspected at each step of the manufacturing process. We are confident that you will be very happy with your Shrimps Australia purchase. In the rare case that a product does have a fault, you can be assured that our Shrimps Australia Returns Policy will provide an exchange garment or refund on meeting basic requirements.

 

Returns

Shrimps Australia will accept returns of unsatisfactory goods within 2 weeks of receiving your shipment. If your purchase is faulty we will exchange or refund it. Please return all purchases unworn, with original packaging and labels attached. Please also include a description of the fault and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please let us know if this purchase was made through fundraising and who the organization was. Delivery charges will apply.
