How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, Cash, Money Order and Direct Debit.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Our shopping cart software maintains inventory levels and will not let you order out of stock items.
Can I fax you my order?
Yes. Just fill in our
Shrimps Australia Order Form and fax it to us on (03) 9775 4028.
How long does it take to process an order?
No items are sent until we receive a cleared payment. We endeavour to despatch all goods within 2-3 working days.
Can I order products from an old catalogue?
All swimwear is available only while stocks last so if you cannot find the product and associated size listed on the website, it is no longer available.
How do I know you have shipped my order?
Once your order has been finalised and your payment received, we will send you a confirmation email or phone call when the goods are despatched.
What happens if I ordered a sunsuit via a fundraising drive?
You will have been issued with a fundraising code from the club or group you bought the item from. Please quote this code when placing your order with Shrimps Australia.
